Job Description
We are hiring for Recruiters / Recruitment consultant for our own organization based out at Mumbai . We work with leading, Banks , Financial services and Fintech clients for mid / senior positions across all verticals ( IT and non-IT)
It will be a permanent work from job.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Individual as well as team target delivery for IT hiring
- Manage end to end recruitment starting from sourcing to closing the position for all assigned clients
- Gathering requirements from clients/HR, coordination with business for proper understanding of JDs
- Manage candidate relationships to build referral pool
- Train and hand hold team to help them achieve their targets
- Knowledge transfer to team members
- Build systems to reduce dependence on external candidate database
- Salary negotiation
- Process adherence
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post-graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in IT / Digital hiring
- 2yrs+ recruitment experience as team leader in IT / Digital hiring for Indian banks / financial service companies
- Excellent communication skills
- can work independently in remote working environment
- Should have own internet enabled laptop/ computer and dedicated stable internet connection for video calling.
