Qualification:-

• Min Graduate

Experience:-

• Min 6 + years of Sales experience
• Exp of handling at least 10+ sales exec / FOS
• Demographic Knowledge of Pune City must
• Proven Track record in Sales through team

Industry

• BFSI ; Building Material

Skills Requirement:

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to monitor and analyse.
• Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation.
• Intuitive to customers needs
• Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several clients at one time
• Tech Savvy and knowledge on MS excel , Presentation .

Job Description :

• Monitor Teams performance on daily basis
• Develop Teams PJP and ensure adherence to it
• Coordination with Call center on daily basis
• Plan and Schedule Customer Meetings for Demo / Presentation
• Liason with HO on stocks and installation
• Monitor and Manage 3PL stocks
• Manage Onground Customer complaints level 1 escalation
• Track Customer Records and follow up calls through team
• Focus on Sales closure in line with Monthly Targets
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure end to end customer experience
• Reporting and Tracking funnel to drive closure

• English ; Hindi ; Marathi
