Job Description
We are currently Looking for Design -CATIA base Project leads & Engineers.
Prefer candidate with good experience on IP trims /Door trims / Console /Hard Trims / Headliner.
Designation Manager/Deputy Manager /Assistant Manager /Senior Engineer/Engineer
Experience Required 4Yr- 15Yr
1- Mechanical/Automobile Graduate Engineer min.8 years of experiences into Automotive Interior Plastic.
2- Lead minimum 8 Engineer team and handle operational issues & People Management.
3- Design Engineering of Automotive Interior plastic commodity (Instrument Panel, Console, Door Trims).
4- Having good hands-on experience & standards on CAD tools like Catia V5.
5- Must be aware of Automotive interior safety regulations
6- Must be aware of plastic manufacturing processes and secondary processes
7- Knowledge of GDT&T, stack-up analysis, RSS
8- Develop overall concepts for a new product
9- Good knowledge of customer specifications.
10- Hands on experience of engineering tools like DFMEA, DFA, DFM
11- Coordinate with CAE for analysis, Understand CAE results and take actions. Discuss CAE results with customer
12- Problem solving techniques.
13- Make detailed plans to accomplish goals.
14- Ability to establish, develop and lead team.
15- Hire, train, and mentor other engineers
16- Discuss and lay out project specifications.
17- Check technical accuracy of work done by engineers.
18- Ability to work under pressure
19- Impact the quality, timeline, effectiveness of the team and work of others on the team in order to improve the efficiency of the team
20- Ability to execute project within timeline.
21- Interaction with Internal different departments
22- On time Support to engineering department
23- Support to advanced engineering department for New RFQ proposal generation
24- Well versed in English / communication (verbal and written) to have discussion with International & Domestic Customers.
