Job Description
Baanyan Software Services is looking for Lead OPT Manager - US Staffing. We are looking for young and energetic professionals to join us. Positions are open for Chennai and Kolkata locations. Position - Lead OPT Manager (US IT STAFFING) ***NIGHT SHIFT***
Looking for minimum Experience between 6 - 10 years
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong experience and understanding of US OPT Hiring and capable of getting experienced resources for bench.
Should be able to handle a team and co-ordinate with consultants until they get placed.
Need to contribute individual performance along with his team
Maintaining an active database of potential candidates.
Hands on working with Job Portals like Dice, Monster , Indeed and social media Platforms.
Explaining and Negotiation about compensation / packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits for the consultants.
Posting the ads for OPT, CPT, H1, L2, TN, EAD, and Green Card candidates for IT Training and W-2 Hiring.
*** This position is open for Chennai and Kolkata location.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
1) Job Location: Chennai / Kolkata (ONSITE Job) *NO WORK FROM HOME OPTION*
2) Fixed Shift timings 7.30 pm IST to 4.30 am IST (NIGHT SHIFT)
3) 5 days working 4) Unlimited Incentives
