Job Description
- Reporting Analyst
Primary Responsibilities:
Create MI Reports highlighting Employee & Process performance
Develop excel templates for data collection and reporting.
Collate and consolidate raw data from various sources.
Transform the raw data to metrics using Advanced Excel /MS Access Database/SQL Server
and PowerBi.
Present the metrics using advanced visualizations and summary reports.
Publish the reports to the Managers and Senior Managers as per agreed timelines.
Additional Responsibilities
Ensure to maintain the accuracy and quality parameters of reports.
Respond to queries from Team Manager and Senior Managers.
Cater to ad-hoc reporting requests by the management
Skills and Competencies:
Well versed with Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access, SQL.
Decent comprehension and communication skills required to interact with Managers
and Senior Managers of Business units/internal departments.
VBA Macros coding knowledge would be added advantage.
Working for minimum 1 year on Reporting projects/tasks
Qualification Required: BCA/MCA/B.Tech/M.Tech with Software programming as core subject.
