It is fast expanding its footprints in PAN India, seeking to expand its customer acquisition by a factor of 5X over the course of the next year.

Brand Architect- What's expected out of the role?
The incumbent must have the skills to get the word out in the digital space about our brand and product within the budgeted cost of customer acquisition.
General / Typical skills required
Well, if you are applying for this position the typical skills you need to have knowledge and experience in running online marketing campaigns using SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Social Media, etc.
However, what would set you apart is if you have the below skills apart from the ones mentioned above:
Leadership skills are paramount. This job requires you to influence others and drive results through collaboration. You must be able to work with colleagues, partners, and contacts at all levels of an organization to develop compelling offers and drive growth.
Technology and Domain experience. Are you a tech buff? Have you used and explored any stock investment and Trading software- s
- We think SEO, Google Analytics, Google Adds, Social Media marketing are just FAB words. We want to know what you have done in Prudent/Frugal/P2P Online Marketing since we know that just the above is not enough to get us where we want to be.
-Strong Writing, creative and visualization skills to effectively communicate our brand's message and Data analysis skills, to extract value from reporting tools and manage the campaigns effectively.
- Adaptability in the ever-changing digital space and the ability to Think like a consumer is essential.
- A never satisfied and unwilling to stop testing mindset. In other words, don't take your foot off the pedal.
- We don't need a fancy degree for this role. A degree helps, of course, but internships and job experience are far more valuable than to us than where you went to school or even what you studied. Certifications are a new degree. Having a healthy Rolodex of certifications will be an added advantage and we know that you are a quick learner.
- You have the flexibility to Build your own Marketing team of 5 members in specialized areas of Content writing, Influencer Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and Youtuber.
Supplemental Pay: Joining bonus, Performance Bonus, and Yearly bonus.
