Job Description:

ServiceNow Module lead (4-6 years) # C3 # Good knowledge of ITSM and ITIL V3 process # Experience in ServiceNow Service Portal design and implementation # Experience with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy, actions, and client and server scripts # Experience in Angular JS, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML and JavaScript. # Experience in ITSM and CMDB module implementation development # Experience in web-based Integration (SOAP, REST) and any other type of integration # Experience on CMDB and Active directory (LDAP) # Experience in Service Request Management and Workflows # Experience in managing the MID Server and trouble shooting. # Knowledge of Service Level Management and Domain Separation # Process understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management
