Job Description :
Driving Sales for Premium Range of Product Portfolio of Alstone.
Appointment & nurture the right business partner (Distributors / Dealers)
Consistently improve retail reach & retail productivity.
Generate high quality sales lead from Govt & Commercial segment (Govt Projects, Offices Complexes, IT/ITES, Education and Hospitals).
Covering specifiers like Architects, Civil Consultants, and Contractors & develop a portfolio meeting for all the statutory requirements of the Project.
Aligning specification and Product Portfolio with requirements.
Working with DSMs in doing effective retailing @ 8 to 10 outlets in a day for at least 18 days market working & drive secondary sales.
Follow-up for stocks & other issues related to channel partners
MIS & Reporting (Including Daily Sales Report)
requirements of the users.
Qualification : Any Graduation
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ Years of Relevant Experience
The Candidate form Building Material, FMCG, FMCD, Paints or from any other industry with Distributor & Retail sales arrangement would find it right fit for this role.
Experience in Channel Sales (Dealer / Distributor / Retail Network) .
Strong network with specifier segment Facade Consultant / Architect / Civil Contractors/ Fabricators, Govt Departments - PWD, CPWD will be an added advantage.
The candidate needs to have Good Communication Skills, Preferably in Local Language.
