System Leader - Bengaluru/bangalore - Alstom

To lead System and application design activity at system level including internal workload planning.

What are my Responsibilities

• To Deliver complete System and Design baseline for CBTC projects.

• Ensure delivery of system specifications, System Archetecture, Signalling scheme plan, System Data,train movements specification, operational context.

• Organize Kick off meetings, decide on system baseline scope.

• Reply to customer comments, analyze testing and validation issues,interface with mutiple stackholder in the project.

• Prepare basline delivery notes and maintian configuration management for system and Application design.

• Always maintain OTD with desired quality with minimum or zero defect.

• Manage Internal activity plan and complete the task with allocated budget (hours).

• Closly work with PrEM to decide on delviery roadmap and budget forecast.

• To follow Alstom engineering process with zero deviation.

Qualification

• B.E. /B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical , Electronics , Communication or Instrumentation/ Mechanical along with following experience/skills -

Required Experience/Skills

• Must have Minimum 7-10 of work experience in railway signaling domain .

• Must have completed mutiple system design cycle for railway signaling project .

• Must have good hands on experience on CBTC funtionality of ATO/ATP/IXL.

• Must have experience in MS word, Xls.ppt.

• Must have clear understanding on signal engineering process.

• Must have worked on any of the system type - ERTMS / CBTC. Preferably in Design.

• Must have manged team (Min 5) of railway signalling design Engineers.

• Should have done system configuration, test procedures and produced project technical design documentation.

• Should have worked as interface with customer, design team and validation team.

Behavirol Competence: Agile, quick learning, Good communication skills (English Read- write).

Technical Competence and Expereince :

• Signalling Design, CBTC knowledge, MS office,

• 7-10 years of Expereince.

Langaugae Skills: English (Read- Write).

Communication Skills: Excelent in fluent English, Technical writing, Email drafting and Presentations.

IT Skills: Operating system of windows, MS office, CAD (read),
