Job Description

We are hiring for CAD professionals for Bangalore location who has at least 2 years of exerience.

Job description:

You will collaborate with various cross functional teams across the organization including category buyers to understand key strategic priorities & own end-to-end execution outcome for assigned business area to bring these strategies to life in all our stores.
You will manage key business objectives & milestones by working with project teams to enable the most suitable product placement and presentation in stores.
You will also play an integral role in finding the most efficient & effective solutions to various business/process challenges as well as troubleshooting to mitigate risk to key deliverables.
You will play the role of a subject matter expert and lead mentoring as well as training new hires.
You will partner with various cross-functional teams as listed above to ensure we are translating strategic priorities effectively in our stores.
You will also drive operational rigor by leveraging key business metrics.
As a presentation execution owner you will also conduct regular analysis to recap and provide inputs to improve presentation decisions and outcomes for your BU.
