Organization: Leading IT Company
Job Role: Customer Service Associate
Office location: TRIL Dindoshi Malad East, Mumbai
Process: US and Australian Inbound Customer service
Transport Boundaries:
- Western: Churchgate- Bhayendar
- Central: CST- Thane
- Harbour: CST- Vashi
Candidates from Navi Mumbai and Thane will not come under transport boundaries that's why they are not considered.
Candidates who are comfortable with working in night shift.
Experience required:
- Graduate and above with minimum 9 months of experience of international voice process in the BPO/Contact center industry.
- HSC or under graduates with minimum of 18 months experience of international voice process in BPO/Contact center industry
Job Responsibility:
- Handle customer interactions on a daily basis with 0 availability time
- Ensure SLA's are met consistently at individual and team level
- Meet and exceed all performance thresholds
- Focus on Key KPI's like RSAT, AHT and other customer experience metrics
- Constantly remain abreast with new changes
- Implement feedback and corrective actions to avoid repeat instances
Skills required:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Team Player
- Strong Domain Knowledge Preferred
- Strong feedback implementation skills
- Know to promote brand value
- Ability to work in any shifts, majority being night and midnight shifts
- Open to all available shifts, staggered shifts & working on weekends
Specifications:
- 9 hours of productive on call taking time per shift a day
- Self-motivated with positive attitude
Pay Structure:
- HSC(12th): 5 LPA
- Graduate: 6.5 LPA
