Detailed Job/ Role Description:
1. Conducting Onboarding & Documentation on the date of joining- Virtually & physically.
2. Co-ordination required between candidates & the internal stakeholders.
3. Maintaining & updating different HR-Op reports.
4. Closing of different requests raised by employee on internal portal.
5. Carrying out different activities related to pre & post Onboarding.
6. Query Resolution-HR Tool
Essential skill-set required:
1. Good Communication Skills-Oral & Written
2. Should have basic to intermediate knowledge on excel for carrying different reports
3. Flexible to stretch the working hours whenever needed.
