Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end search assignments aligned to the client s business & people strategy.
- Grow business through consultative selling with a focus on delivering value and customer experience.
- Ensuring strong client engagement and building rapport with senior and C-level executives within the client to establish strong, long-term business relationships built on trust and confidence.
- Represent Longhouse as domain expert to clients and candidates, adding value through the industry knowledge and experience.
- Build and maintain a thorough working knowledge of Longhouse service offerings and associated pricing structures, contract management parameters, policies, and procedures. Display out of box thinking and decision-making skills to analyze the market, execute on plans and interface with client organizations.
- Should have experience working for CXO/CTO Level searches.
- Provide career coaching to help Executive leaders find their next role and offer expert advice to clients on topics such as market conditions, trends, and salary levels.
Good to Have Candidates :
- MBA from top tier B-Schools or equivalent Institutes.
- Strong ability to influence, manage and work collaboratively across business lines.
- Excellent manager of time and resources, strong organizational skills.
- Strong external orientation with a track record of identifying emerging trends and being able to capitalize on the business opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
