JOB DISCRIPTION.

* Fixing doctor appointments, health check appointments, video consultations, using Hospitals appointment booking software / Lead management tool.

• Managing Marketing campaigns, lead management using Hospitals appointment booking software / Lead management tool.
• Provide necessary guidance to patients, whenever required, based on the protocols shared by HE.
• Coordinating with SPOCs at Hospitals and MHE SPOC for providing solutions to patient requests/ patient complaints.
• Making outbound calls and booking appointments, video consultations / generating leads for online appointment requests, marketing campaigns

Skills

• Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks
• Written and spoken ability to communicate in English and Hindi for organizational interaction
• Good listening and presentation skills
• Flexibility to work in rotational shift ( Morning shifts only 7 am to 4pm / 10am- 7pm/ 12pm 9pm) and offs

Qualifications Education: Graduation, freshers acceptable

Experience: 0 - 9 months industry experience

Salary: 18K to 22K CTC

Language required English and Hindi
