Role: Performance Marketing Specialist
Level: Assistant Manager/Manager
Roles and Responsibilities :
Creating & optimizing campaigns across the digital landscape Facebook AdWords (Search,
Display), YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter
Performing A/B testing & ROI optimization
Implementing programmatic advertising campaigns
Exploring other digital channels & new media (blog networks, native advertising)
Collaborating with the content team & providing data insights
Ad copywriting, testing and campaign optimization
Setting up and optimizing Google Analytics goals and tracking/conversion pixels
Extensive reporting & data analysis based on metrics that matter
Hands on experience for managing location-based campaigns
Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as affiliate partner who are
delivering campaigns for us.
Work within a budget and report any overspend.
Write, edit and proofread copy and creatives for promotional materials within marketing
campaigns.
Ensure that the organisations brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all
communication channels.
Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis
and evaluation of KPIs.
Maintain regular measurement of the CPE for all campaigns.
Campaign optimisation - Target audience, CPL, Leads quantum requirement in check
Increase conversion % by delivered engaged leads
Desired Candidate Profile
Certified Google Adwords, Facebook Campaign, Quora & LinkedIn Campaign management.
Managing high budgets
Hands-on experience on marketing automation concepts (tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered campaigns).
Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns, and display advertising.
Programmatic advertising experience.
Good communication skills
Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
