Qualification- Bachelors or Masters in Hotel Management

Roles and Responsibilities-
1. Train and supervise staff
2. Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
3. Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
4. Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
5. Maintain safe working conditions
6. Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment
7. Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary
8. responsible for managing and organizing daily restaurant operations with the goal of controlling costs and providing a high-quality experience to customers.
9. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
10. Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
11. Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
12. Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
13. Recommend ways to reach a broader
14. Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
15. Manage restaurant good image and suggest ways to improve it
16. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
17. Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
18. Organize and supervise shifts
19. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
20. Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Must have done Hotel Management
2. Must have experience of 4 years in hotel line
(Note- If the individual has experience of more than 5 years in the hotel industry and has not done hotel management then in that case we can accept him for the interview rounds. )
