JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Business/ Operational/ Functional/ Financial Perspective -
*Responsible for achieving Sales Target and monthly benchmarks set by Supervisors.
*Maintaining Call Quality (Quality score should be greater than 80%).
*Demat Account opening.
*Updating CRM with in prescribed TAT.
*Keep abreast of Cross sell products (Insurance/ MF).
*Generating leads through cold calling & references.
*Timely follow-up with prospects with in framework of company compliance.
*Converting at-least 15% of assigned Talisma leads.
