HR Operations Officer @ Reliance Home

Job Description

• Handling entire west zone
• Handling end to end joining formalities, Background verification, Induction
• Taking care of attendance, leave management, mediclaim
• Sending payroll input, flexi benefit pay input to central payroll team
• Guiding new joinnes on investment declaration
• Managing confirmation, issuing warning letters
• Managing Exits, Elevation and retentions.
• Maintaining Exit tracker, HRIS, attrition tracker and training MIS
• Coordinating for training activies
• Suggesting improvements in training program to central L&D team
• Driving E learning module completion through SMS blasts, mass mails
• Blocking calendars of managers for PMS discussion with their team members and booking the time slots
• Ensuring that they adhere to their time slots and following up with them for closure of PMS discussion
• Guiding ex employees on PF withdrawals/transfers
• Engaging employees through birthday, festival celebrations
• Ensuring that all kinds of celebrations are done as per the budget allocated by Central HR through regular follow up with branch admins across west zone
• Checking the expense invoices of all branches and ensuring their payment on time
• Resolving employees queries from joining to exit relating to salary, attendance, medicalim, loan, investment proof submission, resignations, F&F etc

This position is on roll's of Reliance Ventures Ltd.

Desired candidate profile: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR

Walkin timing- 10 am to 2 pm

Adress: 

Walkin will not be conducted on 6th and 8th October.
