Roles Responsibilities ;

• Handling Recruitment of Complete Region of 40+ Branches Entry level & Higher level Recruitment Profile will be 70% Recruitment & 30% Operation Role.
• Enhances the organization s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies,programs,and practices.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for a positions.
• Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting ,testing, and interviewing program counselling managers on candidate
• selection conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation an training programs.
• Enforces management guidelines by preparing ,updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Handling statutory compliance - PF,ESI etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Regular Graduate/Post Graduate
• Vacancy Location: Hyderabad, Chennai Vishakapatnam,Kakinada, Hubli,Tirupathi & Davangere( Only Localite candidate preferred)
• With Minimum Experience of 2 yrs of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles(Recruitment operations ) in (BFSI/NBFC/INSURANCE/Sales & Retail Recruitment)
