Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Part of a Branch Banking team, as a Key Account Manager ( KAM ), you will be mainly responsible for acquisition of new clients through leads and family accounts grouping. You will be also responsible to service walk-in customers in the branch.
- Grow liability business (CASA FD) of the bank by deepening relationships of mapped customer base.
- Sell bank products and third party products like life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), Home Loans, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans etc.
- Service clients covering all their banking needs including bank/3rd party products.
- Meet or call mapped clients and understand their product requirement. Suggest them the best product suiting their needs. Increase revenue base by cross selling.
- Actively participate in campaigns conducted across liability and other products
- Adhere to processes of the bank and have a high focus on compliance
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum graduate candidate with core experience in sales of financial products with a client facing role.
- Candidates with experience in BFSI/NBFC only should apply/appear for the interview.
- Candidates with non-sales/operations/accounting experience will not be considered.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills in servicing clients (Candidates with existing set of customers are preferred).
- Knowledge of Banking products and processes. Keep updated about new products and pitch them to the clients.
- Passionate about generating revenue without compromising on the policies and process.
- Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilities. Proactive and agile in adapting to a fast growing franchise.
- Ability to build and maintain a long lasting relationship with clients.
- Experience - min. 2 years in BFSI/NBFC industry.
- Age - must be under 30.
