IIFL Finance is hiring for Gold Appraiser and Customer care executive.

Roles and Responsibilities
Gold Valuer/ Appraiser -
- Must be able to identify quality & purity of Gold in any form by manual process. Calculation of Gold valuation pledged by customer. Should be able to maintain accounting process, records and handling cash in the branch for Gold Loan transactions.
- To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction etc.
- Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies - KYC adherence, maintaining all important registers etc.
- To provide high quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.
- Supporting branch staff in business development activities & helping to achieve branch targets.
Customer Care Executive
- Attend Customer Walk-Ins and address customer issues w.r.t. Gold Loan process & various schemes , available at IIFL.
- customers KYC & complete online registration.
- Provide after sales service to existing customers and obtain references from them to increase customer base.
- Provide good customer service experience while pledging / releasing /interest payment
transactions. - Ensure to bring in New CUIDs (New Customers) and maintain good relationship with existing
customers for generating renewal & referral business. - Participate in marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL_Gold Loan branch in the catchment areas and generate leads of prospective customers.
- Drive cross-sell of other financial products to existing customers.
- Ensure customer callings as per CRM leads and update in system.
- Ensure strong follow up for interest collections to keep NPAs in control .
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have Graduation.
- Must have experience in Gold loans, Sales & Marketing.
