Job Description
:Candidates with current ctc upto 3LPA can apply.
Prior experience working in an e-commerce / online / internet Retail Company is a must.
Ensuring all content is up to date, products and prices on the sites are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times. Accuracy in cataloguing, product content writing, editing, and right groupings, set up keywords, an expert in templates of various portals.
Maintain brand health on the platform - catalogue, inventory, pricing, discounts Ready to do things on the ground level if required, having strong learning ability and adaptability.
Should have good knowledge about Listing Products, Promotional activities, Campaign Running, Customer queries, updating of products.
Be the single point of contact for the brand for all questions starting from agreements, inventory issues, discounts, operations to reconciliations.
Oversee the day-to-day marketplace eCommerce operations, updates, listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance. Ensure detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking.
Preparing products for listings - product details, including catalogue details such as the product names and descriptions.
Work closely with the Marketing teams and other teams to ensure Products are optimally featured online.
Marketplaces Campaigns (Amazon and Flipkart) with good knowledge on Keywords and Importance is desirable.
Evaluate approach & strategy to improve marketplace sales conversion.
Managing of Returns and Warehouse Dispatches, if required Looking for an excellent candidate who could support all stages of company growth activities, who is experienced in handling e-commerce business.
