for Assistant Manager  Operaions for Outbound Process: -

Good Communication Skills
Have good knowledge in Digital Marketing (Outbound Sales)
Team handling experience of 40 - 100 TSO's
Data management & having Dialer Knowledge
Must have Exp in Tele sales outbound
Aware About the basic KRA and KPI's
Knowledge of Attrition and Shrinkage
Must have experience in hardcore sales outbound
Quick thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Must have dial-er knowledge (Modes of Dial-er and must have worked on Dial-er)
Must aware about roster-ing and manpower planning and people management and Billing.

Shift : Day Shift, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Salary : Up to 5 Lakh
