Accountant, Finance - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ HARMAN

Job Description

• End to end Accounts receivable management- AR Accounting, Knockoff, Reconciliations etc.

• Supporting finance team in Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly book closing

• Expense analysis and reporting, Ex Warranty, Marketing, Freight, Duty etc.

• Open PO report analysis and timely closure.

• Issue monthly Credit and Debit Notes to customers for rebates, allowances etc.

• Reviewing and tracking the service center costs and ensuring proper accounting.

• Visiting the Service centers and Warehouse for various audits.

• Supporting Central team in Statutory and Internal Audits

• Preparation of various Ad hoc reports and presentation to management.

Basic Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant/ICWA

• Good knowledge of Accounting and Taxation.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Good Business Acumen.

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies

• Proven audit experience is preferred related to external/internal audit.

• Knowledge of SAP FICO Module

• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated

• Demonstrated to roll up sleeves and work
