About Process
Perform Market Research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities
Serve as a Business Representative at meetings, industry events, and conferences
Identify commercial property for expanding Kontors co working business (Observe property, locate property owners and make sure properties meet legal requirements)
Establish the viability of the micro market for the potential expansion and further structure the deals and take part in negotiations for closure
Identify potential acquisitions and take over in the industry. Further, structure the deal along with management
Maintain the current spaces occupancy by actively participating in the sales process
Forming marketing strategies to keep our company competitive and innovative
Requirement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Education
Graduation into Sales Management, Business Administration, Degree in Sales and Communication, Real Estate Management, Finance or any equivalent field
Minimum 2+ years of experience into B2B Sales, Commercial Real Estate Sales, Strategy Making, Market Analyst, Startup Company Sales and Marketing
