We have an urgent job opening with one of our leading client, kindly find the details below.
Position - Billing Head
Experience - 18 -22yrs.
Job Location - Gandhinagar(Gujrat)
Job Description:
Review the requirements of the Project Managers, analyse and recommend the work to higher Management.
Issue Work Orders / Purchase Orders for the requirement.
Preparation of Work Contracts for issuing Tenders for Major Maintenance works
Approve Annual Maintenance Plan along with resources required for efficient implementation of Annual Plan.
Approve Annual Budget for the project O&M.
Day to day coordination with Project Managers on O&M issues and resolve the issues with minimum time-lag.
Bidding on new Contracts & Estimating and costing of BoQ items
Drafting Settlement Agreements, Service Agreements for Routine O&M Works
Review Major Maintenance Plan that includes Major Asphalt Overlay, Micro surfacing, Milling, Cold-In-Place recycling, Hot-In-Place recycling.
Constant meeting with Contractors to ensure smooth approval of measurements and Bills
Ensure there are no penalties on account of non-compliance to O&M activities on Toll Projects
Ensure there is no deductions on Project Annuity on account of non-compliance of O&M & Major maintenance on Annuity Projects.
Management Reporting on project issues through monthly review meetings.
Scrutiny and approval of Work done Invoices based on WO/PO issued.
Ensuring adequate funding and minimizing the cost of operations and implementation of projects.
Ensuring the effective delivery of objectives laid down in the contracts.
Ensuring effective implementation and control of operation and maintenance activities.
Ensuring suitable manpower planning as per approved organization chart
Ensuring compliance to statutory and labor laws as per the Industrial Act.
Approving the site works by verification as per WO/PO and recommendation of the payment ensuring transparency in system.
Implement Cost Control measures at site to monitor the expenses at site.
Regular meeting with Vendors for material requirement and to negotiate the best material rate to be supplied on Pan India Sites.
Carry out Quality Tests as per the QA/QC manual on Asphalt and Concrete Works
