Job Description:
We are looking for a sharp, experienced with BPO Business Operation & MIS Reporting with creative edge, strong critical thinking skills, a solid MIS reporting experience, tenacity to be part of growing US based client.
You should be an initiative-taker, motivated, with good people skills as well as a positive and flexible approach to problems. The applicant should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tight deadline delivery timeline
What We are Looking For:
MIS Reporting
- Reporting and tracking of Projects, Clients, Month End Close activities, Monthly Review, Quarterly Review
- Creating SLAs and SOP Documentation management, and other key business metrics in business plan versus actual
People, Process, & Tools:
- Assess and understand end-to-end process for better efficiencies and effectiveness and establish best practices
- Help the leadership in skill enhancement and capability building of the group
- Project Management: Excellent execution of projects and implementation of policies
- Regulatory and Statutory Compliance Management: Drive the compliance and the policies to ensure that the Business unit is always compliant and audit ready.
- Co-ordinate with, Team Managers, Controllers, Finance Managers, Team Leads and other business units owners to create most effective process and controls.
- Others/Misc. Support leadership for any ad-hoc reports and presentations
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in outsourcing environment with experience in project / process management &business operations
- Bachelors degree or higher in computer applications and/or management
- Experience in establishing / improving processes to bring efficiency and productivity to Business.
- Experience in creating SLA, SOP Documentations, Process re-engineering etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Experience in creating dashboards for business metrics
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to track multiple tasks and timely reporting
- Ability to take initiative and operate independently
- Strong Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred Professional Expertise
- Any of PMP /Prince2/Agile certification is preferred.
- Zoho Project or similar tools.
- Familiar with and uses of Quality initiatives such as Lean, six-sigma etc.
- Exposure to BPO industry Operations & US based client facing experience.
