Team Leader HRBP position is responsible for using HR resources and solutions to help aligning business objectives with employees and management as a single point of contact. With a focus on value and good intent. To lead and mentor HRBP team
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition : Hire for Retail Banking businesses across North 1 and North 2 zone
Lead HR MIS:
Employee Database Management for internal and regulatory audit/s, Employee Database Mining, Database Visualization and automation for HR dashboards and reporting through Microsoft Power BI and Oracle Analytic Cloud,
Manpower Planning, Budgeting, and forecasting.
Business Support.
Human Capital Reporting
Reporting and Analysis of HR metrics through Dashboards and Name by Name details to help HR and Business understand the Headcount movements, Attrition, Diversity, Recruitment metrics, Hiring trends enabling decision making backed by Data
Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel, Business Objects, Micro strategy, and HRMS
Soft Skills: Stakeholder Management and Personal Accountability
Analytics
Creating Infographics, Visual Dashboards and providing advisory related to Human Capital through detailed analysis and insights. Partnering with Business and HR to understand requirements and aide them with recommendations backed by data.
Projects worked on including the following domains: Recruitment, Learning and Development, Talent management, Compensation and Benefits, and Exit.
Technicals skills:
Data Visualisation, Statistical Hypothesis Testing and Market Research
Soft skills: Storyboarding and effective presentation skills
