Dear Associate,
One of our Top MNC Life Insurance Company is looking for Cluster Manager/Territory Manager Banccassurance
Please note that experience of 4 or 5 years in Life Insurance Sales is a must to apply for this job.
Job Responsibilities:
1.To manage independent Bank branches(banccassurance) in terms of profitability and administration.
2.To manage a TWO LEVEL team of Middle Managers and Frontline Manager
3.To setup strong distribution & achieve branch targets of Life Insurance with team.
4.Strategize and implement local sales promotion activities.
5.To promote a customer centric culture among both staff and field force.
6.Protect and promote the brand value of the company.
7.Lead, inspire, motivate and manage the team so as to have effective control on attrition of key resources.
8.Be updated on all relevant developments in the Insurance industry.
Desired profile:
Life insurance team handling experience of at least 5 years or more.
Should have great career progression someone who had grown from ground level to middle manager
Not a job hopper
Localite or local experience is preferable but not mandatory
Desire to work with sales managers & assistant sales managers develop, motivate them to achieve their goals
