Responsibilities
Provide feedback to Client business units and/or supplier on issues
Provide a single point of contact for order issues which are raised by Client or the supplier
Assist in identifying the specific type of issue and contact the relevant parties at Client Organization and/or the supplier who can provide mentorship on issue resolution
Document the order issue and the resolution reached
Participate in and provide data for supplier audits
Set up new users
Manage access
Resolve login issues
Answer how-to questions
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications and skills
Bachelor in commerce
Experience in Procurement Function
Basic analytical and problem solving Skills
Stakeholder Management
Experience in Procurement function
Preferred Qualification
Coupa / Ariba Preferred
