Hi

We are looking for Quality Analyst.

Minimum 1 year in QA relevant experience.

Language: English and Hindi & any south Indian Languages

Salary: CTC 3.5 to 4.5

Education: Graduation

Job description

  • 1-3 year experience as a quality analyst
  • 1-3 years of experience (preferably in handling BPO business)
  • Excellent command over English (Verbal Written)
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Power Point Word
  • 1 year of experience in Call Center background on call auditing/ analysis/ feedback/ quality
  • 6 days working. Rotational week offs
  • Graduate with minimum 1 Year of on paper Quality Experience in BPO
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Work from Office
  • Good communication skills required in English & Hindi, + any south Indian Languages.
