Walk-In Interview - Credit Manager
We are hiring smart professional on the rolls of AU Bank for the profile for Credit.
Walk-in Interviews are going on as per below schedule.
Job Location - Pune, Solapur, Osmanabad, Satara, Karad, Baramati, Saswad, Shikrapur
Date: 24th January 2022 at Pune
Interview Location: Nucleus Mall, 3rd Floor, Sadhu Vaswani Road, Agarkar Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411001
Time: 10.30 Am to 4.30 Pm

Qualification Graduate / MBA shall be preferred
Relevant Experience 1-5 years
Functional Competencies :
Good Knowledge of Mortgage Business.
Basic knowledge of credit bureau check, property valuation, legal reports & documentation. Knowledge of banking and financial parameters of a prospective MSME borrower and document management Good knowledge of the local area and financial/ economical conditions.
Behavioral Competencies Interpersonal relationship skills and team handling skills
Hard work and Detailed orientation and Result Driven Positive approach with problem solving attitude
Job Responsibilities :
Financial Responsibilities Complete customer assessment by visiting business place, residence and security proposed with ownership attitude.
Preparation of customer assessment Memo and cash flow analysis including bank credits. Assessment of collateral appraisal including legal and technical aspect Recommendation / underwriting of proposals with adherence to company policies & procedures Complete credit check, Compliance of documentation and signing off disbursements. Imparting training to sales team & credit team about product and policy Managing and complying over the counter / post disbursal documents and ensuring compliance of company's norms.
Ensuring that there is no disbursal error.
Managing early delinquencies to ensure that portfolio is healthy and there are no Non starter cases
Non Financial Responsibilities :
Organizing and performing task within defined TAT for file processing. Supporting business team for seamless processing of the proposals.
To keep oneself updated about local parameters such as legal /political/ industry/ demographics, To regularly update seniors about any local development which can be detrimental to franchise
Adhering to the company's policies and ensuring compliance of the same.
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities PDD and Audit Query Resolution Maintaining confidentiality of information gathered from clients. Maintaining confidentiality of company's information - not to be shared with anybody out of office in any form (Verbal , written , mail or any other form) Review of Early warning and Non Starter cases with due diligence
