Job Description
Dear Associate,
One of our Top MNC Life Insurance Company is looking for Branch Manager.
Please note that current on roll team handling experience of 2 or 3 years and distributor sales handling experience is a must to apply for this job.
Job Responsibilities:
- To manage independent branch in terms of profitability and administration.
- To manage a team of Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager.
- To setup strong distribution & achieve branch targets of Life Insurance with team.
- Strategize and implement local sales promotion activities.
- To promote a customer centric culture among both staff and field force.
- Protect and promote the brand value of the company.
- Lead, inspire, motivate and manage the team so as to have effective control on attrition of key resources.
- Be updated on all relevant developments in the Insurance industry.
Desired profile:
- Team handling experience of at least 3 years or more.
- Should have great career progression someone who had grown from ground level to middle manager
- Not a job hopper
- Localite or local experience is preferable but not mandatory
- Desire to work with sales managers & assistant sales managers develop, motivate them to achieve their goals
Qualification: Graduate
