Semi Technical process.

Level 1 troubleshooting process.

Basic troubleshooting related to ISP , Landline and DTH Optic TV.

Excellent communication skills required.

Experience in International BPO Voice process mandatory.

Minimum 6 months of experience required.

Immediate joiners preferred.
