Inviting application for the role of Assistant Vice President- Digital and Cloud Transformation Consultant
Looking for an individual to Independently gather inputs and drive modernization and digitalization of our client s processes and applications across different functional domains and verticals. This person would be responsible for the effective assessment and definition of digital and modernization opportunities, specifically in areas of applications, tools, platforms, and data/analytics that will help drive better business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Independently work with cross-functional teams (Clients, Operations, IT, Service Line) to map/analyze existing application capabilities and functionalities in current processes
- Evaluate processes and domains to identify strategic and operational pain points and opportunities, and then hypothesize on how to improve from a people, process, and technology standpoints
- Assess applications, especially from a business perspective on the appropriate cloud centric modernization patterns retire, retain, rehost, re-platform, refactor, rewrite, replace and/or create new app, that will improve a process or help a client achieve desired business and IT outcomes
- Identify capability gaps that may be addressed by process automation (RPA, low code/no code), integration, microservices, and/or SaaS that Genpact offers or with partners like (Blackline, Tradeshift, High Radius).
- Experience in managing projects in complex environment effectively and efficiently with stakeholders (G, Client, Vendors) across geographies
- Have a strong understanding of domain/SL + functionality of applications in a process
- Develop thorough understanding of G frameworks/G digital offerings and utilize these tools to achieve desired capabilities
- Define transformation roadmap with focus on user adoption and workforce readiness for new digital deployments and enhancements
- Establish robust governance on project execution - metric identification, measurement & reporting set up, continuous improvement (CI) opportunities
- Deploy Risk Control & Best Practices Framework
- Collaborate with Digital and Transformation Leaders to integrate automation opportunities for effective results
- Lead a culture of Innovation and help in modernizing operations
Qualification we seek in you
- Prior experience in having led or significantly contributed to techno-functional projects Digital, Cloud/Application Migrations, Consulting, preferred
- Experience of using LSS methodologies or as a Black Belt with good domain understanding (AP, OTC, Supply Chain)
- Understanding of Six Sigma, Lean, and Continuous Improvement concepts
- Have fundamental background on key digital technologies like RPA, process automation via low code/no code application development, cloud migrations/modernization, cloud SaaS, APIs, and/or data/analytics/AI/ML
- Project Management skills Strong Influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management are required
- Ability to effectively influence & motivate others and Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
- Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact
- Must be able to work in dynamic and tight deadlines to meet the project schedule
- Experienced Process improvement and Project management with domain exposure in F&A, Banking, and IT domains
- Has managed Stakeholders independently
- Should be well versed with MS office tools: Excel, Visio, and Power Point to map the existing processes and create impactful insights for leadership
Preferred qualification
