Marketing Executive-Tender Business

Since over 25 years, Galentic has been manufacturing and supplying high quality pharmaceutical products. This includes both sterile and non-sterile range. The products are exported to over 40 countries - in the private market, Government Organizations and NGOs.

The Executive will be expected to enthusiastically assist the Business Development and Marketing team.

The Job Description is as below -

For -

• Tenders
  1. To coordinate with all internal / external stakeholders to submit Tender documents to the relevant tender bodies (NGOs & In country Tenders & India Specific Tenders)
  2. To follow-up with all partners in country & NGOs for new tenders to participate and the awards received.
  3. To periodically check in subscribed portals for new tenders and opportunities
  4. Prepare Documentation for Tender submission in a Timely manner.
  5. Collate complete Tender & Quotations shared for MIS Purpose.

1. Coordination

• To coordinate with supply chain for the requirements to supply in Tender & Private markets and ensure timely supplies.
• To coordinate with Regulatory & Finance for Tender documents to submit.
• To coordinate with existing partners for in-country Tenders.

      2. Tracking and MIS

• Tenders submitted and awards received.
• Tracking of Pending & New orders to supply.
• Tracking of secondary sales data for all countries of operation.
• Budgetary Tracking of sales & expenses.

      3. Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in handling of International & Domestic Tenders.
• Experience of Pharmaceutical Marketing & Business development activities.
  
  4. Required Skills

• Computer proficiency in MS EXCEL, WORD, Power point.
• Ability to develop marketing plans, promotional inputs.
