Location: Malleshwaram, Bangalore

Responsibilities

Be a strategic and operational partner to top management on all HR topics
Ensure that all HR needs of the business are met and are aligned with business objectives
Offer innovative and efficient situational HR solutions to management and HR teams
Develop plans for a leadership development, employee experience, operational excellence, grievance mechanisms
Foster a diverse, empowering, transformational, and inspiring culture and lead the cultural transformation process in the organization
Deal with grievances and violations including disciplinary action when required
Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
Report to top management by analyzing data and using HR metrics

Excellent Communication skills
Good Experience in Faculty Recruitments
Experience in HR Generalist Activities
