Are you the one we are looking for
Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Marketing Sourcing Category
Responsibilities
Select the most competent supplier for the organization against every service request
Negotiate advantageous terms and conditions in the Master Service Agreement in coordination with the legal counsel
Collaborate with business to draft a comprehensive Statement of Work (SOW) to capture the scope completely and effectively
Incorporating different tools of cost saving to maximize dollar impact to the organization
Networking and Relationship Management with individuals from different internal and external parties involved
Onboarding of new vendors globally ensuring due diligence and compliance from vendor governance standpoint
Supporting empanelment process for the category in coordination with the vendor empanelment team
Ensuring timely release of POs in coordination with the shared services center
Contract management in Ariba
Prepare accurate data for management reviews as per request
Monthly Reporting of Saving numbers to the management
Qualifications we seek in you
Required qualifications and Skills
Prior Experience in Marketing Procurement
Bachelor s degree in Marketing/ business/ bachelor s in engineering/technology
Excellent Communication Skills
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good with numbers
Keenness to grow and learn in the evolving environment
