Overview - The Market Development team is the direct link to our customers to help facilitate old business relationship and create new ones, ultimately adding revenue to the company. The Market Development team maintains relations with distributors, customers and sales team to ensure future success of the company. The team is potentially divided into sub teams like Renewals, HVM (High Value Memberships), Hubs, and Retail Centers. They might be spread across locations but they are united by one cause... Whats the sale for today?


Role - As a Product Advisor (telesales executive), you will be responsible for making sales calls and closing sales pitches with our members. To be a successful Product Advisor,(telesales executive) you should be persuasive, determined, focused and be able to work under a high-pressure environment. Product Advisor(telesales executive) will be responsible for the growth of services and customer satisfaction by maintaining and developing a positive customer relationship. Ultimately, a top-performing Product Advisor(telesales executive) is the one who follows sales scripts and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and delivers a great customer experience.


What you will do in this role


  • Specialise in developing and recommending strategies to optimise our companys development operations by calling existing customers to execute sales pitch and bring them onboard for our paid membership services.
  • Actively meet or exceed daily and monthly targets while continually outperforming departmental goals and objectives in relation to sales profitability and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers to encourage them to repeat business with our company, assist customers with their needs and guide them through the services with an intention to provide exceptional customer experience..

What you should have


  • Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales or Telesales sector.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Effective communication skills verbal and written.
  • Clear diction and clarity in speech.
  • Positive approach and strong determination.
