The roles and responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

• Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the Bank channel partners
• Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy
• Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions
• Providing pre and post sales support (e.g. claim settlement)
• Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
• Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)

• Graduation in any stream with over 6 month -1 year of experience in BFSI Sales
• Should possess good communication with good presentability along with a proactive approach would be right candidate
• Incumbent should be achievement oriented and should be driven by targets & incentives
• Should have known Bangalore georgraphy well
• Two-wheeler is Mandatory
