Job Description
Position:Area Sales Manager at UP West

Desired Qualification: MBA/PGDM
Place of Work: Noida
- Required Experience
- Total experience (Year wise) : 5 - 7
- Experience Work wise in capacity of : ASE / SO / ASM in ice-cream / Frozen Food industry
- Preferred Industry/ Company: Ice-cream /Frozen Food
- Job responsibilities:
- Appointing distributors as per plan and start operations in the designated area.
- Primary and secondary target achievement of the area
- Monthly Sales planning and forecasting, taking into account the shelf life
- Cost Management
- Reporting as per the schedule& aligning with the Annual Operating Plan
- Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter react
- Allocate manpower in different areas depending upon the individual capabilities
- Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales - business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and activity ratio on monthly basis
- Training sales team to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills
