Job Description:

1. Overall, 4-6 years of experience in Quality Analyst - Lead.
2. Should have at least 2+ years of Testing experience.
3. Hands-on Experience with API Testing
4. Experience in REST API, frontend UI Testing
5. Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
6. Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits 7. Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations
7. Hands-on Experience with Bug Reporting Tools
8. Good Experience with Testing Tools.
9. Should have experience/exposure in API Testing, Database Testing, Functional Testing 11. Good Team Player.
10. Have a good understanding Of Agile/Scrum/Kanban Processes.
11. Should be Agile Thinker and should be able to quickly manoeuvre and course correct himself/herself and team.
12. Responsible for leading set of QA testers to get work completed as per timeline as well as should be able to hands-on write and run test scripts

Must Have:

1. Knowledge on API Testing / Database Testing
2. Good Knowledge on Bug Reporting Tools
3. Good Knowledge on Automation Tools
4. Experience on Selenium Testing Tools
5. Good Knowledge on Testing Framework
6. Good experience with agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
7. Good Understanding of various Business Processes in E commerce Industry.
8. Good Understanding of Customer Journey & Funnel in E commerce Industry.

Good To Have:

1. Knowledge of Automation Testing Tools is an added advantage.
2. Certification/ Training on Quality Analyst
3. Experience with API Testing on web or mobile based applications is an Added advantage 4. Experience with Database Testing
4. Knowledge of Testing Framework like (Pytest, Cucumber Framework)

Desired Candidate Skills:

1. Good communication
2. Proficient in communication.
3. Is detail oriented and deliverables focused.
4. Knowledge in Microsoft Azure Testing Service
