Job Description
Business Analysts conduct market analyses, analysing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business. In addition, they develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met. Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding.
You will have to analyse data sets to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies in workflows or systems and proposing solutions to optimise business processes.
You will be responsible for creating detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and outcomes.
Generate reports to communicate findings effectively.
You will have to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project objectives.
You will be responsible for translating business needs into functional specifications or user stories, and guiding the development of software or system solutions.
You will be responsible for collaborating with QA teams to validate developed solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:
Qualification Required-Diploma,B.tech,M.tech,12th,All Gradtuate
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
