Urgent opening for the post of Finance & Import Manager at Masjidbandar location.

Position : Finance & Import Manager
Location : Masjidbandar, Mumbai
Industry : Chemical
Experience : 5-9 yrs

Job role :
- Banking operations, Corporate Treasury, consortium Banking, Domestic and Overseas Account Management, Corporate internet Banking,forex hedging, commodityhedging, Liaisoning with external Agencies, Banking and Forex Compliance, Trade Finance activities of the entire organization and Import Payments under Bank Lodgement and outward and inward Foreign Remittance.
- Coordination between Management and Banks.
- Managing complete backend activities as well as preparing strong and error free reports instantly as prescribed by management
- Understanding of Buyers Credit,LC BillDiscounting, Bank Guarantee,Corporate Guarantee, & Letter of credit documentation procedures and rules led by UCP 600, URDG 758.
- Cutting the cost by negotiating with Banks regarding BG/LC Commission, Extra Charges, Discounting Rate, Interest Rates, Bank charges to give advantage to the Companywith cost effectiveness.
- Liaisoning internally and externally with stakeholders, drafting proposals and compliance to the Banks relating to sanctioning of Credit facilities and its terms, vetting sanction, renewal, enhancement and amendment etc.
- Assisted management during merger with respect to consortium banking, sanctioning and compliance with banks and CS team.
- Submission ofHedged/ Unhedged exposure(UFCE)to Banks quarterly, Stock Statement Monthly to Banks and NDS to Credit Rating Agencies Monthly.
- Managed trade finance operations, monitoring all inward / outward remittances, booking forex rates with banksand online.
- Coordinating with banks for the resolution of complicated transactional issues and resolution.
- Maintaining the Imports indents etc
Core experience required
Trade Finance Operations, Corporate Treasury Functions, Banking Operations/ KYC Adherence Inward & Outward Remittances Finance & Accounts, Commodity Hedging & Forex Hedging.
Desired Candidate Profile: Must have hard core trade finance experience. International imports. Should have good English communication and mail drafting skills.
