Job Description:
We are hiring a Client Services Manager to manage end-to-end client servicing operations within the wealth management domain. The role involves ensuring service excellence, SLA adherence, and smooth coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client servicing operations for wealth management products

• Handle client escalations and service issues

• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Relationship Management teams

• Ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements

• Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics

• Prepare MIS and performance reports for management

• Drive process improvements and support team onboarding

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field

• 3-6 years of experience in wealth management or financial services

• Strong understanding of investment products (MFs, equities, portfolios)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools
