Job Description
Title:-Relationship Manager
Location:-Andheri,Mumbai
Salary:-35k in hand +incentives
Exp:-3+yrs
Responsibilities:
- To take reviews, referrals and testimonials from the customers for branding and marketing purposes.
- Call after 30 days and ask for the monitoring video of the customers.
- After 30 days then he will call every 45 days and ask for Monitoring video.
- Resolving clients complaints quickly and efficiently
- Building and maintaining a relationship with the client
- Doing upselling of the new product launched
- Asking for reference from client
- Ask for Pre/post image once the treatment is over
- Asking for google review from the client
- Client engagement - Monitoring photos (every 3 month)
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/ customer support/ Relationship management/ Client engagement.
2. Bachelors Degree in any discipline
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
5. Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous Environment
6. Capacity to grasp quickly and self-learn
