Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to handling client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Act as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns.
Handle customer onboarding, product/service support, and regular follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Manage customer databases (CRM software) and ensure data accuracy.
Generate and present customer feedback reports to management.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Skills & Qualification-

Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
13 years of experience in customer relationship management or client servicing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools/software and MS Office.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
