Reporting To : Regional Head / Vertical Head
Location : Mumbai, Pune , Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Jamshedpur, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai

Job Description :


Role Deliverables :

  • Build multiple profitable HUB operations which culminates in yielding required GMV and EBIDTA
  • Build and deliver Sales & Operational objectives

On the Stream

  • Construct and Optimize Zonal level Sales & Operations with P&L
  • Meeting Sales & Operational targets for the ZONE : Sales GMV , Self-Orders and OnBoarding, EBIDTA , Sales & Distribution parameters , etc
  • Single point owner across Sales , Warehousing, Facility Centre Operations, Last Mile Delivery ,etc end to end operations for multiple HUBs within the ZONE
  • ZONAL Level Business Planning , Budgeting and Execution - Preparing the budget for the entire year with clear deliverables of Sales, Operations, Margins, Costs, Promotions, Working capital & EBITDA for the AREA - deliver targeted P&L for the ZONE
  • Appoint Distributors for HUB level operations
  • Manpower planning , recruitment and retention for the ZONE along with HR
  • Using Retail Analytics for assortment planning, promotion, place & price decisions on a ZONAL level along with Category team
  • Fix Stock Norms ,JIT purchase and Order Management with Forecasting Matchmaker N+2 for the AREA along with Category team
  • Manage Day-to-Day operations of the ZONE Stock, Billing, Sort, Pack to Last Mile operations owner - minimizing operational cost and maximizing operational quality, including the movement, tracking and administration of trailers (in conjunction with the linehaul department as applicable). Put systems and process in place for smooth operations
  • Ensure timely collections from market with zero Bad Debts
  • Handle ZONE level reverse logistics
  • Promotions & OTB Management on ShortBuk platform
  • Ensure listing of products on ShortBuk platform at backend with IT

Downstream

  • Manage forecasting N+2 , use Matchmaker and ensure availability of Stocks at Hubs on Time
  • Be hands on with JIT
  • Build commercial relationships with HO, Regional teams , Supply Chain , IT , Finance, Vendors, etc

  • Knowledge of Photoshop / Adobe is an added advantage

Experience

  • 10+ years of FMCG Sales and Hub Operation experience
  • Worked as Zonal / Area Manager in reputed FMCG organizations
  • Large team management
  • Having worked across whole value chain of HUB operations will add value
  • Must be conversant with existing and evolving ecosystem of FMCG Route To Market
