1. Maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals. 2. Ensuring efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. 3. Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations 4. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity 5. Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products 6. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations 7. Manage restaurant's good image an suggest ways to improve it 8. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste 9. Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses 10. Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events 11. Train new and current employees on proper customer service practice 12. Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operation 13. Minimum Experience of 5 years in the same field J Job Qualifications and Requirements 1. Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role 2. Proven customer service experience as a Manager 3. Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff 4. Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
