Roles and Responsibilities

• Expecting a senior project manager who has around 15 years of IT Experience
• Should have good work experience in executing Digital Marketing projects on CPG Domain.
• Should have done full scale delivery implementation on Content Management System and Website Development projects.
• Preferred to have experience on Adobe AEM DAM PIM Ecommerce Magento
• Able to understand the technical architecture and validate estimations
• Experience in leading both development and op erations track
• Very good communication Both oral and written.
• Should be able to confidently drive the customer discussion at leadership level.
• Should have handled a portfolio of 50-100 minds.
• Experience on working in Waterfall and Agile model
• Proficiency with project management principles and can manage complex projects and deliver it within schedule and cost
• Experience of handling critical and pressure situations
• Tracking RAID tracker and drive towards closure of open items
• Strong experience on team management and issue resolutions.
• Should be able own and provide solution for scalability performance security requirements.
• Good experience in handling project financials Revenue Gross Margin Resourcing FPC projects etc.
• Expecting thought leadership to come up with new changes ideas and to drive new initiatives.
